Each course of treatment will be different and it can be difficult to predict the time frame from the on-set. In some cases insurance will be a factor in that they may dictates how many sessions they are willing to pay for. Generally, the length of therapy will be determined in consult with your therapist. Sometimes folks will elect to decrease frequency of sessions before stopping therapy all together. A successful course of therapy will tend to end when you have met the goals you came in with and feel confident using the new skills you learned during treatment.
